The Convergence Group partners with Leader Breakthru to offer both individual and team mentor coaching as well as Mentor Coach training. Mentor coaching involves an individualized balance of drawing out and timely advise. As well as offering individual and team mentor coaching, the Convergence Group also provides training in Old/New Wineskin Church Strategies.
