  • I’m overwhelmed by all the resources. Where do you recommend I start?

    If you're early in your leadership journey, Paul often recommends beginning with Compassionate Leadership. If you’re navigating mid-life or a season of transition, Living and Leading Well may be the most helpful. And if your heart is set on legacy, influence, or finishing strong, Finishing Well is a good next step. There’s no wrong place to begin—choose the book or topic that speaks most directly to the season you're in.

  • Do Paul's trainings work for groups?

    Yes! Many of The Convergence Group’s trainings have be shared with groups of all sizes and types. Just let us know what type of group you have, and we’ll explain the available formats.

  • Are books available in multiple formats?

    Yes. Paul’s books are available on Amazon in paperback, Kindle, and in some cases, audiobook format. All links on this site will take you directly to the correct edition.

  • Are digital resources available for download?

    Yes. Many companion guides and discovery-learning files are available as downloadable documents linked throughout the site. Specifically, check out bottom of each blog post for the downloadable resources.

  • Where is The Convergence Group located?

    Paul is based in West Des Moines, Iowa. Your trainings and gatherings are hosted via online courses or in-person when possible.

  • Can individuals get involved, or is this only for groups?

    Both. Many resources are designed for personal growth, while others work well for teams or learning communities.
